Reviews
The lady with short dark hair lady at the self checkouts is just awful (she has been mentioned in a few of these reviews). The first time she came over she told me to move out of her way. The second time my machine beeped red, she saw it and made sure she went to every other person with a red machine (even those who went red after mine) So sorry to be an inconvenience to you and so sorry your machine didn't recognise my items. I was there for 15 minutes waiting with my kids because your machine kept playing up and you thought it fun to make me wait. I was polite despite your rudeness. Customers are forced to do self checkout and then treated like criminals for the privilege of doing so. Absolutely crazy.
Luckily the new overhead technology cannot figure out that bagged items in the trolley have been purchased elsewhere. The facial recognition software automatically flags all coloured people as thieves and the employees are not readily available to help the ‘flagged’ coloured thieves and are quite rude when they do march over. Allow extra shopping time to prove your innocence before being allowed to leave the store. Or better just shop elsewhere more comfortable. Woolies clearly doesn’t need your money.
Woolworth is now really getting well on top of all areas, from customer service, to produce both fresh and hardware.
Great variety.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Customer service notably picked up in speed.

I must say that I am at a loss as to why Woolworths are spending millions of dollars on their “Packed with pride” advertising campaign when they have replaced most of their normal, staffed checkouts with self serve checkouts. Plus, to make things worse, I had a trolly full of groceries & there was no one on any of the checkouts, this was 7.30 in the evening however there were still many people in the store. There were staff walking around, all trying not to make eye contact with me. I finally had to approach a staff member for assistance, who said, “all you need to do is ask to have a checkout opened”! Again I ask, why are Woolworths spending so much money on TV advertising incorrectly promoting “great service at the checkout”, when they are actually doing the opposite? To the Management of Woolworths stop this spin! If you want to keep your customers & get a bigger piece of the pie, it’s simple, offer good products, good service & convenience. Secondly, Woolworth’s decision not to carry Australia Day Merch is a joke! We are Australia, we are ONE! We embrace people from all countries & Faiths. We are a multicultural country. Embrace ALL Australians!
The old Asia Chinese lady this morning at the self checkout terminal is very rude and unfriendly. I think Woolworths as a giant supermarket should trained thier staff to treat customers with respect and smiles, the staff should understand they're in service industry!
Very very bad attitude and shouldn't be at the customer service area at all!
Massive store, easy to find the vast range of products I went for. Not too crowded, but still quite busy. Plenty of good discounts.
Consistently reliable service and range of products, produce and fresh food. There's a location near you, almost definitely. I appreciate their approach to healthy eating via tips and the rewards program is a plus.
Wow! you can really feel the soulless dystopian nature of the newly installed self serve checkouts that take up 75% of the storefront. Klaus would be so proud!
Always love this woolies, always clean, fresh produce, cust service is great and very friendly, I especially love the fresh sushi in shop ...my biggest downfall 😪 …
